WHAT WE WILL DO

Aboard our boat, designed to navigate narrow, green canals and shallow lagoon waters, we’ll reach one of the “bilance” traditional wooden fishing huts used by local fishermen. This rare and authentic experience, challenging to organize due to its seasonal availability, consistently leaves our guests amazed. Using a low-bottom net, we’ll catch local fish and shellfish, cooking them over an open fire while enjoying local wines in a simple, natural setting with Venice's silhouette on the horizon.
