1 Leadership Styles and When Each Becomes a Winner
There is not just one way to be an effective leader, but multiple styles to master and use depending on the circumstances. We will analyze all the leadership styles, we will see in which situations they are effective and when it would be better to avoid them. We will tell real stories in which each of these ways of leading a group have proven to be successful (or on the contrary, disastrous)
2 Effective communication in calm times and in times of crisis
Words and the way they are used have a profound effect on the outcome of an exchange between people or groups. We will demonstrate and do exercises on this topic, which is the basis of good group work, at any level and regardless of the size of the group.
3 How to Create a Climate of Trust
Trust is a fundamental ingredient of success within any system. It is therefore essential to understand what it is made of, how it is created, how it is maintained. We will address the topic starting from the description of situations in which trust is essential, to analyze the dynamics that develop and consolidate.
4 The precious team game
