1 The fundamental importance of self-dialogue
We talk to each other all the time. Our entire system listens to the words we say to each other, whether we realize it or not. Becoming aware of it and taking control of it is a fundamental key to all-round personal well-being. We will give examples, exercises and experience how taking care of your self-dialogue can also change your relationships with others and with the context.
2 The key that opens every door: awareness
Being aware means freeing oneself from dysfunctional automatisms and strengthening the functional ones, increasing the intensity and volume of one's daily experiences, evolving. Starting from didactic contributions, we will move on to concrete examples and practical exercises with the aim of making participants immediately autonomous in improving their ability to be aware.
3 Knowing Yourself
We will do simple and intense exercises at the same time, to deepen our self-knowledge. Each of us is the most important person in our life: nevertheless we struggle to understand ourselves, to see ourselves, to respect our needs and to make decisions that we feel are truly right. This module offers ideas and tools for personal evolution that bring benefits in all areas of one's life.
